I Heart Mac & Cheese and More is Opening in East Lansing

Lansing Foodies, you never fail to inform me!

Thanks to one of Lansing's most delicious Facebook groups, the Lansing Foodies, I learned that East Lansing is getting a brand new restaurant. Once I learned of its cheesy deliciousness, I had to see for myself.

A New Restaurant is Coming to East Lansing

A post in the Lansing Foodies Facebook group said that this eatery called I Heart Mac & Cheese and More is nearly complete, and I'm here to corroborate, with pictures!

If you look closely, you can see that they are, indeed, nearly done it seems.

When I did a little digging on the I Heart Mac & Cheese and More website, it says that this location is "Coming Soon - 2024".

So, hopefully they're on schedule to open this year, or shortly after the New Year, because who doesn't love mac & cheese, grilled cheese, soup, or freshly-baked cookies as warm comfort foods?

In addition to Michigan, I Heart Mac & Cheese & More has locations across the country, with spots in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

I'm excited for this restaurant to open, because it actually reminds me of a very similar restaurant that was open in East Lansing a few years ago. It was called Sweet Lorraine's Mac & Cheese, and they did loaded mac & cheese and grilled cheeses that were just delicious. Sadly, that restaurant closed. But, that means there's room on the foodie scene for a fast-casual mac & cheese place.
