Tuesday May 4 is National Hiring Day so dust off that resume and get ready to make your best impression because you're getting a new job!

Lowe's has already started their busiest season and will be hosting a huge event on Tuesday with the intention of hiring more than 50,000 people at all of their U.S. stores. This includes seasonal, part-time, and full-time workers.

During the event, applicants will be able to meet with managers, employees, and potentially get hired right then and there! Interested candidates can apply in-person by stopping at a Lowe's store between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Lowe's is hiring for all positions such as:

  • cashiers
  • retail associates
  • stockers
  • receivers
  • drivers
  • supervisors
  • and sales professional

The home improvement retailer says there are also opportunities to advance within the company. Currently

Lowe's hired more than 90,000 associates into permanent roles last year...

Currently, 200 of their store managers started off as seasonal employees.
