Cooper's Hawk is opening near the Eastwood Towne Center off Lake Lansing road.

Now, the outside of the building and the parking lot filled with cars might have you believe that they're open. They aren't, not yet at least...

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant Opening Lansing Location Soon

If you go to the Cooper's Hawk website and try to make a reservation at the Lansing location, it specifically tells you that "it's coming soon on February 3rd!" That's less than a week away, folks.

It looks like Cooper's Hawk will have a lot to offer in the way of wine and food; there's an extensive wine menu, along with shared plates, dinners, desserts, and even brunch!

Cooper's Hawk is just one of many restaurants that are slated to open in 2025. Dave & Buster's and Anna's House are both anticipating openings this year, in early summer and fall, respectively.
