BT Brands, which owns Bagger Dave's, released a statement saying they are, exploring strategic alternatives, and "That this review is expected to lead to the conversion of Bagger Dave’s six remaining locations—five of them in Michigan, one in Fort Wayne, Indiana".

“All six stores are in excellent locations,” BT Brands CEO Gary Copperud said in a statement. “The stores range from 4,000 to 6,000 square feet, carry full liquor licenses, and are in excellent physical condition.”

Copperud indicated that the conversion would see Bagger Dave's locations continue their normal operations as Bagger Dave’s, while the whole process of conversion to another concept which we should see begin sometime later this year. Once finished it will officially be the end of Bagger Dave's.
