Que Pasa Taqueria in Sterling Heights is Michigan's top taco spot. Yelp says the 'Red Tacos' are a must-try:

They’re the hottest sellers at this Jalisco-style taqueria, owned and run by Gustavo Ruizvelasco and Indira Zepeda.
