Ingham County Animal Shelter Reduces Pet Adoption Fees Due To Overcrowding
If you're looking to add a furry friend to the family, now is an excellent time to do so.
The Ingham County Animal Shelter is full, so to help all the animals find fur-ever homes, they've reduced adoption fees until further notice. Adoption fees for kittens and dogs have been reduced to half; $51 for dog adoptions and $41 for kitten adoptions. And the adoption fee for an adult cat? Free.
Other great things to keep in mind if you adopt from the Ingham County Animal Shelter: All the animals have already been spayed or neutered as well as vaccinated and micro-chipped. Plus, all dogs have been heartworm tested, and all the cats tested for FeLuk/FIV.
If you'd like to adopt and give a new cat or dog their fur-ever home, you can find the Ingham County Animal Shelter at 600 Curtis Street in Mason. Adoption hours are 12 - 6pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 11am - 4pm Thursdays through Saturdays. You can find more info about the Ingham County Animal Shelter HERE.
