If the Wolverines win it all, tonight in the NCAA national championship basketball game, everybody in Pinkney will say, "it all started here". And they may be right.

Last summer, according to SBNation.com, the Michigan coaches and players traveled to Pinkney, MI (and dangerously close to the Spartan Nation), to engage in paintball battles at the Hell Survivors complex. It was then and there that they bonded, as the coaches took on the players.

According to star shooting guard, Mohamed Ali Abdur Rahkam, "being able to shoot Coach B was one of the best parts. But he was a good sport about it. He didn’t get mad or anything."

The team was there for just a few hours. During the games, there was cheating, hand to hand combat, hostage taking and thunderstorms.

How tough can Villanova's defense be after that?
