Well if you look up the word charming in the dictionary, it will tell you that it's something that is pleasant, or attractive such as "a charming country cottage"

What Town Is The Most Charming In Michigan?

According to HGTV, Michigan's most charming small town is about a six-hour flight or 500-mile drive to get to from Grand Rapids.
