Bar With Vintage Arcade Games Opens First Michigan Location
When I was a kid, and I guess I am showing my age here, but the first video game I ever played was pong. A simple black and white game on a tube TV that was so easy to play. It was a tennis-like game that featured two paddles and a ball. You could go back and forth with your game partners for quite a while.
These days I could not attempt to figure out these high-tech video games. Remember how crazy and obsessed everyone was with Pac-Man?
Well if you love old video games, you are gonna love this place. Get ready to drink, eat, and play vintage arcade games at Barcade. It is officially open at its first Michigan location according to mlive.com.
Check Out These Vintage Video Games
I am gonna be in heaven at this place, you can enjoy around 60 classics like Asteroids, Pinball, Defender, Dig Dug, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Galaga, Joust, Ms. Pac Man, NBA Jam, and Tron. WOW!
There’s a lot of fun things going on in Detroit and we’ve always been interested in opening here,” Pete Langway,” co-owner of Barcade told MLive. “This is one of our largest locations. Because of that, we were able to get some really big games in here that we don’t have at some of our other locations, like some four-person games. Multi-player games are very popular. People love the social games.
