Are These the BEST Restaurants Up North?

Chef Eli Sussman, from FoodandWine.com, is already from Michigan, but he took a road trip with his friends (I'm assuming this was last summer) up north and into the Upper Peninsula. He's given us a list of 8 of his favorite places to eat.

I'm going to assume that, since he writes for Food and Wine Magazine, these might be a little fancier than most. But I don't think there's much "dressing up" going on in the summer, up north.

Challenge accepted, Eli. Here's my list (in no particular order) of favorite "up north" restaurants: (I guess the first two are kinda fancy)

1. City Park Grill - Petoskey

2. Harbor Haus - Copper Harbor

3. Legs Inn - Cross Village

4. Dixie Saloon - Mackinaw City

5. Portside Inn - Marquette

And Muldoon's in Munising for pasties
