A Portion Of Westbound I-96 To Be Closed In Eaton County

According to the Michigan Department of Transportation's Facebook page, beginning this Friday there will be a closure that could affect your travel in Eaton County.

MDOT's page states:

Heads up, #EatonCounty! WB I-96 is going to be closed 9pm Friday, July 19 - 5am Monday, July 29, from MLK Jr Blvd to Lansing Rd for repairs on the WB bridge over the Grand River and Billwood Hwy. (Work on the EB bridge will follow in early August).

Detour: US-127 to I-69
