4-Year-Old Michigan Boy Helps Save Dad From Tree
A man who was pinned under a large tree branch near his home in Manistee County's Bear Lake Township is crediting his 4-year-old son's quick efforts for helping to get him free. According to WPBN-WTOM, Grant Groenwald was cutting wood Friday near his home when a large tree branch rolled on him. His 4-year-old son Quillan says he was able to drag a chain saw over to his dad. Groenwald then used the chain saw to cut the branch while he was still pinned underneath and Quillan helped him back to a truck. Groenwald has a broken ankle, which is expected to require surgery. (And Quillan will get a big allowance...don't know that for sure...just assuming.)
