This one-of-a-kind house is straight out of a storybook, and now, you could totally live there.

According to the Lansing State Journal, the "storybook" home in Eaton Rapids is officially on the market. Owner Mike Grahek and his wife Jean lived there for almost 40 years, but after Jean's passing, Mike said "There's too much space for just me" and decided to put the house up for sale.

The home was built in 1918 by a wealthy business man and his wife, Merto and Margaret Bromeling, and they spared no expense. There's a stone fireplace, Polish oak ceiling beams, five crystal chandeliers that are original to the house, and lots of other items that Margaret picked up during her travels all over the world.

This one-of-a-kind home is 6,400 square feet, listed for $499,900, and sits at 202 S River St in Eaton Rapids. Check out photos of this storybook house in the gallery below, and see you want to be the person who takes it off the market! Get more details on the house here.
