I know that Halloween is on a Monday this year, which may not seem appealing because Mondays can be a struggle sometimes, but hear me out... there are TONS of fun adult Halloween activities taking place the weekend before Halloween day, which then frees you up to pass out candy on Halloween night to all the kids, and what's more adorable than a little kid in a cute costume?!? Check out the evidence; my niece Lilly as a cute kitty!

But I digress... It's been a little bit since I trick-or-treated, but I know one thing for sure... there are some candies you just don't buy. I was never a fan of finding candy corn in my trick-or-treating bag, or licorice for that matter, yuck!

So here's the question I pose to you... What kind of candy is or was your favorite to find in your trick-or-treating bag? Me? I love most anything with a rockin' peanut butter to chocolate ratio, but I don't want to make the mistake of buying candy I like, myself. I don't need a repeat of last year; I may or may not have eaten half a bowl of Reese's cups before any of the kids came to the door.
