MSU’s Tom Izzo in the Hall of Fame? It Might Happen Sooner Than You’d Think

Michigan State's head basketball coach, Tom Izzo, just got nominated to be in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The big one. According to michiganstate.247sports.com, coaches are eligible to enter the hall of fame after they've spent 25 years as a head coach and full time assistant. Coach Izzo's been on the MSU coaching staff now for over 30 years.

The finalists will be announced on February 12th, during the NBA's All Star weekend.
