Michigan Bank Robber Threatens the Wrong Customer

Some idiot tried to rob a bank in Warren, MI (just north of downtown Detroit) yesterday (Monday). According to the Free Press, he came into a Citizen's Bank, waved his gun around and took a "large amount" of cash. On the way out, he threatened a 63-year old customer with his gun.

And that's when the "assailant" got a lesson on the U.S. Constitution's 2nd Amendment.

The un-named 63-year old customer had a concealed weapon, along with the proper permit - AND - obviously, the proper training. The customer shot the assailant three times - once in one of his legs and one in each arm.

Problem solved. The assailant staggered outside, fell, dropped the money and was arrested by police responding to the scene. He was taken to the hospital with "non-critical injuries".

According to Warren's mayor, Jim Fouts, "“This citizen did have a 2nd Amendment right,” Fouts said. He added, “He must have been a pretty good shot.”
