Matthew McConaughey’s Brother REALLY Likes His Beer

Matthew McConaughey gets joked about because he's a "free spirit". But he's got nothing on his older brother, "Rooster".

Rooster (real name - Michael) loves to drink beer. Specifically, Miller Lite Beer. So he named his oldest son Miller Lyte.

You read that right - "Miller Lyte".

And this wasn't because of some contest. He gave Miller that name, at birth, nine years ago. (He says he named Miller while his wife was still recovering from the birth and before she could do anything about it) But he is getting something for being a big fan. The folks at Miller Brewing just found out about it and are sending him 24 cases of beer. According to Fox News, Miller Brewing says that's a year's supply.

24 cases works out to one and a half beers every day.

Just a guess, but for a guy who loves his beer so much he named his kid after his favorite brand - I don't think a beer and a half a day will be enough.
