Have A Ram Truck? Then You May Have A Recall

If you are a Ram truck owner, this information will be important to you.

According to WLNS-TV, more than 1.4 million Ram pickups in the United States and Canada are being recalled by Fiat Chrysler. The reason? Because when the trucks are moving, the tailgates with power locks can open. This recall covers a few Ram models from 2015 through 2017.

The reason that this is a problem is that obviously if the tailgates accidentally open when you are hauling stuff, it could cause a real issue for the vehicles behind you. Best case, people point and wonder what's up...worst case you could damage others property or even much worse, put them in a life threatening situation.

While there have been no reports of any aforementioned damage or lives threatened at this point, Fiat Chrysler has still gotten almost six thousand complaints and claims about this issue.
