Gibson to Speak at Michigan State Graduation

Am I a big fan of MSU/Tigers/L.A. Dodgers great Kirk Gibson? Why, yes. Yes, I am.

I was excited when he went into the Michigan Baseball Hall of Fame. I was happy when he went into the College Football Hall of Fame.

And now he's getting another honor. According to MSU Today, on May 5th, Gibson will speak at the undergraduate convocation ceremony, at his alma mater Michigan State. He'll also receive an honorary doctorate of humanities. The ceremony will begin at 1PM, at the Breslin Center. No tickets are required and the ceremony will be live-streamed.
