Daylight Saving Time began March 12 this year and will end on November 5th. But many people don't like the disruption of schedules Daylight Saving Time causes and some medical professionals link it to an increase in strokes and heart attacks. And the move is on in Michigan to get rid of it. According to MLive.com, a bill introduced in the Michigan House of Representatives, in January, would make Michigan exempt from all of it.

To find out how Michiganders felt about the situation, Michigan State Senator Mike Shirkey's office recently conducted a survey asking if we should do away with Daylight Saving Time. 57% said "yes".

Might just happen now - here's the story.
