Garbage Truck Picks Up Trash AND A Man Looking For His Wallet
I remember when I was in junior high and I accidentally threw away my retainer in the trash at a McDonald's. (After hours of digging through the trash we found it...) It was a very gross experience so I can not even imagine having to ride in a garbage truck surrounded by other peoples' trash.
Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened to a man in California. According to Oroville Mercury Register, the man was searching for his wallet in a trash bin when he was scooped up by the garbage truck. Authorities said the man told police he used lumber in the truck to reach the top of the garbage pile to avoid being hit by the compactor. He apparently told police that he was stuck in the back of the garbage truck for about an hour. You can read more about this guy's bad luck by clicking here.
