Flood Advisories Issued For Parts Of Mid-Michigan
The combination of melting snow and warmer temperatures has prompted forecasters to warn about the possibility of flooding in parts of Michigan. The National Weather Service says a flood advisory has been issued for the Sycamore Creek at Holt in Ingham County. According to the Lansing State Journal, the creek could overflow this week and minor flooding is possible in low areas, including sections of East Mt. Hope Road. Also, the National Weather Serivce has issued a flood advisory for the Looking Glass River near Eagle in Clinton County.
