The Lansing Area Ministry of Bells (L.A.M.B.), under the direction of Jane C. Wright of Kalamazoo, will present its 30th Annual Spring Ring on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at 4:30 p.m. at Waverly High School's gym (on Snow Rd. between Michigan Ave. and W. St.
Joseph). This facility is handicapper-accessible.
Jane C. Wright, who founded L.A.M.B. and the Capital City Ringers in 1984, is returning to the podium to conduct this year’s Spring Ring celebration.
The theme of the concert is “Ringing Through the Year—A Celebration of Church Seasons” and handbell arrangements of music of the church year (Epiphany, Lent, Easter, Pentecost, Advent, and Christmas) will be featured. Ringers will join together for massed ringing; solo numbers will also be played. The concert is free and open to the public. A freewill offering will be taken.
