Dimondale, Michigan. Farm Dayz 2014 is scheduled this year for September 20, 2014, at the Dimondale
Lions’ Community Park, 300 W. Jefferson St., Dimondale, MI 48821, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m..
Hosted once again by WoodSpryte Farm, this event brings together small farms and businesses to promote
healthy living, and self sustainability.
This exciting, educational, family‐oriented event attracts many visitors and it is anticipated that this year’s
festival will once again grow in popularity.
Current festival plans include live music, educational demonstrations, working blacksmith, trick
flyer pigeon demonstrations, and much more!
Demonstrations include learning how to make yogurt at home from things you can buy in the store and how to
make BUTTER- so easy the kids can do it. There also will be ice cream made right there, in the Amish
tradition, herding dog exhibitions, sheep shearing and fiber demonstrations, and so much more!
Vendors will be on hand with handmade soaps,hand woven scarves, wooden spoons,
chain mail jewelry, as well as natural and farm raised products.
In addition to sheep that are being sheered, there will be a duck herding demonstration, oxen being driven, and a
cow being milked.

The band, Sel de Terre, will be returning again this year, with twin fiddles & rhythm guitar and French Cajun
vocals for a hip hopping lap slapping line dancing fun time. Ride the horse drawn wagon to and from the parking area.
Admission: FREE
PARKING:$5/car covers unlimited horse wagon rides during the day.
