Dear World, My new hero is a poor 13 year old Thai girl named “Pink”

"Pink" lives in Thailand. She's 13 years old, lives in an orphanage because her mother was too poor to care for her, and, according to the Daily Mail out of the U.K., she's smart as a whip. In fact, every day she gets up at 5AM and makes the 100 mile round trip on a bus to the best public school in Thailand.

Recently, reality TV star and, uhh....(I don't really know what else she does), Kim Kardashian came to visit the orphanage where Pink lives, while filming an episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians". During the episode, which aired in August (too bad I missed it) Kim fell in love with Pink and offered to adopt her, and bring her home to California. The staff at the orphanage told Pink about the offer from the nice lady (who was probably engrossed in her latest selfie at the time). This is the same Kim Kardashian who has a personal net worth of $65 million and is married to Kanye West, who's worth $130 million.

Pink said, "no, thanks".

She says she wants to stay in Thailand, become a teacher and, "help my country".

Pink's mom, who works at the orphanage, says when Pink finishes high school, she can go visit the Kardashians. But, by that time, my guess is she'll be WAY too smart to do that. Here's the full story.
