Everybody does something they wish they didn't. Usually it's eating, drinking, smoking or whatever - too much. What "makes" you do that? While we were on vacation, my wife started reading a book called "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg - a Pulitzer Prize winning reporter for the New York Times. She was so pumped up about it, that I got it on my Kindle. I haven't read all of it yet, but it's an interesting book and an easy read. And this book may help you (and me) break some bad habits. Of course, as you know, my bad habits are very minor, so....
