A Brand New Pizza Joint Opens Today In East Lansing
If you're still trying to figure out what to grab for lunch today, here's a suggestion... pizza!
Lotsa Stone Fired Pizza is now open in Downtown East Lansing! According to the Lansing State Journal, Lotsa is a "build-your-pizza" restaurant, and they've got an excellent deal for their grand opening today: $3 for an 11 inch pie! That's going on from 11 am to midnight tonight. And trust me, they've got you covered when it comes to variety...
While Lotsa does have 10 thin crust pizzas on the menu to order from, they specialize "in customers building their own with 40 possible toppings". And the toppings range from the more traditional like bacon, pepperoni, and mushrooms; to the more unusual like Old Bay shrimp, artichokes, and sriracha.
If you can't make it to Lotsa today, you can of course try them later. They'll be selling 11 inch, 5 topping pies for $7.99 after the grand opening. Plus, they'll be open til 3:30 am on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays to feed you late-night owls. Get more info about Lotsa, HERE.
