Where Is The Best Steakhouse In The Lansing Area?
Having a good steak a few times a month is a treat for me, Lately, I have been avoiding the loaded baked potato and going for the green vegetables with my steak. My doctor says red meat is easily absorbed by the body and has vitamins like B12. Webmd.com says meat helps make DNA and keeps nerve and red blood cells healthy, and zinc, which helps your immune system, which is great and keeps you from getting sick. Of course, red meat has protein, which Mom always said helps build bones and muscles.
I have to say I have been blessed to work in some fun radio markets with great steak houses. A few I really loved were Mortons in Tampa/St Pete and Nashville. Another few at the top of my list were Sullivan's in Philly and Del Frisco in Las Vegas.
Found One I really Loved In Lansing
I tried a new steak house a few weeks ago in Downtown Lansing and I must say I was impressed. I so enjoyed Bowdies Chophouse so much. I already went back a 2nd time.
This Is Quite A Steak, Full Of Flavor
This is the Tomahawk which is awesome, also love the Bone-in Ribeye. I started the meal with a Blue Cheese Martini and had a nice glass of the house Pino Noir with my steak. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Keep in mind this is a very small steak house and if you want to try it make a reservation.
Now in all fairness, I have not tried a few in the Lansing area that was recommended to me, and those are Capital Prime and Lucky's Steakhouse. I am on a mission to try them all in the Mitten. Where is your favorite place to enjoy a steak?
