Where Are The Best Mexican Restaurants In The Lansing Area?

I have lived in many cities over my career and finding good restaurants in the area was always important to me.  I am a creature of habit so when I find one that I really liked, I would go there quite a bit.

I am picky about two and those would be Italian and Mexican food.  I was raised Italian so I had some of the best growing up, seems my family made everything from scratch. Now good Mexican food is incredible. I am a huge fan of homemade tamales and they can be tough to find, when I do, I am ready to pig out.

Mexican food is in the top for 3 favorites in this country with Chinese and Italian according to the National Restaurant Association.

Mexican flavors and ingredients have permeated all corners of American cuisine, infusing vibrant and varied tastes into Americans’ daily diets. But while tacos and enchiladas may seem commonplace in America now, that wasn’t always the case. Americans have been influenced by the flavors of our neighbor to the south for hundreds of years.
