Here it is Friday - you can't WAIT to get home and relax - right?

Maybe not. According to research from Sarah Damaske, PhD, you may be less stressed at work.

Dr. Damaske is a professor at Penn State. She, and her fellow researchers, measured people's cortisol levels - which tell you how much stress your body is under, and their research showed "people have significantly lower levels of stress at work than at home"

The theory goes that, if you're doing a good job at work, you feel competent, appreciated and supported. Things you don't always get at home. And it's tougher to quit your family, than it is to walk off the job.
