Today Is National Chocolate Day

I guess I just let it slip by. I didn't have it on my calendar, no alarm set in my phone, I was completely unaware that today, October 28th is National Chocolate Day.

According to WILX-TV, today is the day that we celebrate everything that is chocolate. Chocolate bars, chocolate ice cream, chocolate milk, chocolate cake, chocolate pie, chocolate brownies, Willy Wonka...

Okay, yes I know Willy Wonka isn't chocolate, but he did have that chocolate factory and those golden tickets.

So if you missed the celebration today (was there even a celebration?), remember that there are many other chocolate-type holidays to celebrate throughout the year. There might be even more chocolate days to commemorate ahead before the year ends.
