The Greater Lansing Food Bank Was Robbed This Week
According to the Lansing State Journal, the Greater Lansing Food Bank, which is located on Mint Road in Lansing, was robbed earlier this week. Officials say the break-in occurred sometime Monday night or early Tuesday morning. The thieves took computers, money and other items.
The Greater Lansing Food Bank provides emergency food to over 140 food pantries, shelters, and community kitchens in seven mid-Michigan counties including Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Clare, Isabella, Gratiot and Shiawassee counties.
