Concert tickets may be picked up at the Lugnuts box office during normal hours of operation. Tickets can only be released with a photo ID.
What can be brought into the venue?
To provide a safer environment, Taste of Country has implemented a safe bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into Cooley Law School Stadium. The type of bag outlined below are those bags that are permissible:
- Bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC, which do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" in size.
- One gallon (or smaller) clear ziplock bag.
- Small clutch bags, size 6" x 6" with or without a handle or strap is allowed.
- Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis or medically required items during proper inspection at the entry line marked for inspection.
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: purses larger than clutch bags, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, diaper bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than permissible size.
We will have clear bags available for purchase at the gate.
We take your safety seriously at Taste of Country, so please arrive early to accommodate for lines at security check-points located at each entrance. Please review the list of items not permitted on the Cooley Law School Stadium prior to your arrival to expedite the security process.
What CANNOT be brought into the venue?
Taste of Country & Cooley Law School Stadium reserves the right to alter carry-in policies at any time.
- Bags that do not comply to the clear bag policy listed above
- Other carry-ins
- Oversized umbrellas (golf umbrellas) or umbrellas with a pointed and/or metal tip
- Outside food or beverages
- Cans or glass bottles
- Alcohol, Contraband
- Pets (except service animals)
- Selfie/GoPro sticks
- Video equipment
- Professional cameras
- Recording devices
- Laser pointers
- Skateboards
- Inline skates
- Coaster wagons
- Kites, Frisbees
- Picnic baskets
- Weapons of any kind
The Event reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating the event, facility, local, state, or federal laws or policies, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management.
Performers, programs, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Persons entering the facility may be subjected to searches for weapons, contraband, professional cameras, video equipment and recording devices or other items which are expressly forbidden on the facility premises and are subject to confiscation.
Cameras
Non-professional camera’s and cell & smart phones are allowed in the venue. No other audio/video recording devices are allowed.
Patrons entering the facility are subject to having their image and/or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or publicity purposes in Event photography and/or webcasts by the Event, contractor or partner of the Event.
Alcoholic Beverages
Concert goers may not bring alcoholic beverages into or out of the ballpark. Guests purchasing alcohol at the concert must show proof of legal drinking age. The Lansing Lugnuts reserve the right to deny the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Animals
Pets are not permitted in the ballpark, with the exception of designated events and dogs at work.
ATM
The automated teller machine is located on the concourse level behind home plate.
Beverages, Food, Containers
No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into the ballpark.
Concessions
The Lugnuts offer a variety of food and beverages throughout the ballpark. Don't forget to take note of the specialty portable carts located throughout the ballpark. Type of payment accepted inside the venue: cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
Drinking Fountains
Drinking fountains at the ballpark are located on the concourse level behind sections D and M.
Elevators
There are three elevators for fans at the ballpark. The elevator on the concourse behind home plate serves luxury suites and the barrier-free seating behind home plate. The right field elevator accesses barrier-free seating only and the left field elevator accesses the Pepsi Porch.
First Aid
The first aid facility is located on the concourse level in the corridor behind Section F.
Lost Parents/Found Children
Parents should report a lost child to a representative at the Guest Services Desk. A guest services representative will contact security immediately. We ask that parents instruct children visiting the ballpark to find a security officer, Lugnuts employee or go to the Guest Services Desk should they become separated from their parents.
Guest Services Desk
The Guest Services Desk is located on the concourse behind Section H.
Paging
Paging for guests in the park will be done only in an emergency. See a Lugnuts representative at the Guest Services Desk behind section H.
Parking
Public parking is available on streets, parking lots and parking ramps in a four-to-five block area around the ballpark. The Lansing Lugnuts and Townsquare Media Live Events are not responsible for any acquired parking tickets given out by the City of Lansing.
Re-Entering the Concert
Fans may NOT leave the ballpark and return during the concert. There is NO re-entry into the concert once you exit.
Smoking
The ballpark is a smoke-free facility by city ordinance. Fans who wish to smoke during the concert will need to go to the designated smoking area.
Wheelchair Service
To borrow a wheelchair during the concert, please come to the Guest Services Desk or ask a ballpark ticket representative for assistance.

General Directions
From the North (Mt. Pleasant / Clare):
US 127 South, to Saginaw Exit. Take Grand River west. Turn left on Cedar Street. The stadium will be on your left.
From the South (Charlotte):
I-69 North to I-496 East towards downtown Lansing. Take exit 7 and turn right on Cedar Street. The stadium is approximately one mile up on left.
From the South (Jackson):
US-127 North towards Lansing. Take I-496 West to downtown Lansing. Take exit 7 and turn right on Cedar Street. The stadium is approximately one mile up on left.
From the East (Detroit):
I-96 to I-496 West towards downtown Lansing. Take exit 7 and turn right on Larch Street. The stadium is approximately one mile up on left.
From the East (Flint):
I-69 West to US 127 South to Saginaw Highway Exit. Turn right. Take Grand River westbound to Cedar Street (approximately three miles). Turn left on Cedar. The stadium will be on your left.
From the West (Grand Rapids):
I-96 east to Saginaw Highway exit (use the first Saginaw Hwy. exit). Take Saginaw Hwy. approximately five miles east to Cedar Street, turn right and take Cedar south to the stadium.
