A Look at the Newest Eatery Inside Lansing Shuffle

I love variety. They say it's the spice of life.

One place I really enjoy variety is the food I'm eating. I'm definitely the kind of person who will order the appetizer sampler and eat that for my meal. Or another example is how my husband and I will go out of our way to order to different things that both sound good, and switch plates for a little while during the meal.

That variety and opportunity to try several different things all at the same time and place is one of the reasons I love Lansing Shuffle.

Lansing Shuffle opened in the former Lansing City Market location in January 2023 and it's a social and shuffle board club that also houses multiple eateries and a giant bar inside. And a brand new eatery opened just opened this weekend (January 19th, 2024).

Welcome to Lansing Shuffle, Takitos AF.

I had the opportunity to give them a taste test during their opening weekend, and boy, I was not disappointed.

First, let me preface this with I am not an Instagram foodie account that takes perfect pictures of their food. In fact, you were lucky to get these pics at all because as soon as the food got to the table, it smelled so gosh darn good that I almost hoovered it down before I could take the pics.

We got two mini chimis; one picadillo and one chicken. We also got the avocado bowl with carnitas, Flamin Hot Elote style. And let me tell you, this food was so delicious that not one morsel of food was left.
