It's time to crack open those bottles and celebrate, Kalamazoo — on Friday morning, the rumors were confirmed. Starting in the fall semester of 2015, Kalamazoo will be home to America's first sustainable brewing degree through Western Michigan University (WMU) and Kalamazoo Valley Community
