Updated forecasts now show even more of Michigan at risk of severe storms on Friday. Large hail, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are all possible.

There's a slight chance for severe weather throughout most of Michigan's Lower Peninsula on Wednesday, according to the Storm Prediction Center.

Two people were killed and another 44 were injured in tornadoes in Michigan in 2022, the highest numbers in a quarter-century.

The National Weather Service says severe weather is still a possibility for our Friday.
