Missing in Michigan

A Michigan man is turning to outdoor enthusiasts to locate his parents remains after their Cessna 150 J went missing in 1977.

In 1977, a plane carrying a married couple went missing in Northern Michigan. More than 45 years later, their son is still searching for them.

17 children have gone missing in Michigan since the beginning of 2021 and are still missing.

Some of these kids have been missing since the beginning of the year while others just a week. They range in age from 5-months-old to 18-years-old.

Michigan State Police have issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old Lansing Township toddler that was abducted by his father who threatened violence towards the boy and himself.

Officials say a 63-year-old man from Lansing is missing.

An endangered missing person advisory has been issued by the Michigan State Police.
