Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth At The Newest Lansing Area Bakery

Looking for a magical way to satisfy your sweet tooth? Look no further than Mitten Raised Bakery.

Mitten Raised Bakery is a brand new bakery that recently opened in Okemos. According to the Lansing State Journal, the treats that are offered up are "whimsical". And after seeing pictures of the "Cookie Monster" doughnut along with the remarkable themed cakes, I'd have to agree!

Mitten Raised is owned and operated by East Lansing native Katie Lambert, who names a lot of her treats after important people - and pets - in her life. Lambert has twos dogs; Zoey and Harley. Their namesake treats: "There's the Zoey bar - a fudgy brownie and chocolate chip cookie, and the Harley bar, a chocolate chip cookie with cheesecake and chocolate chip on top." There are also treats named for her grandparents.

You can find Mitten Raised Bakery at 4661 Okemos Road in Okemos. If you stop by, you'll find that Lambert makes all kinds of cookies, doughnuts, scones, muffins, cakes, and more! Learn more about the sweet treats and her bakery here.
