If you're planning to head up north this weekend to the Traverse City area, you'll want to pack some patience because the traffic there could be a nightmare this weekend. Why? Well, because the Ironman 70.3 Traverse City is being held on Sunday, August 25th and officials say traffic could be an issue. According to the Ironman website, "the race will showcase 2,500 amateur athletes and some of the top professional triathletes in the world. In order to protect the participants and thousands of volunteers, there will be partial and full road closures along the race route."
