Parts Of Mid-Michigan Under A Winter Weather Advisory
Things could get a little messy later today. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for parts of Mid-Michigan from Monday at 6pm until 11am on Tuesday. Counties in the advisory include Ionia, Clinton, Barry, Eaton, Ingham, Calhoun and Jackson.
Snow will develop tonight and could become locally heavy at times through the early overnight hours. We could see between 2 to 5 inches of snow by late Tuesday morning. The National Weather Service says that roads will become snow covered and slippery on Monday night and the "Tuesday morning commute will likely be difficult."
So...stay tuned!
