Parts of Michigan Will See Accumulating Snow Today
For anyone who is looking for some measurable snow today, you might want to head west to the lakeshore. According to the National Weather Service, several counties on the west side of the state are under a Winter Weather Advisory until 10pm tonight. Some areas in the advisory include Muskegon, Grand Haven, Big Rapids and Ludington. Those areas could see up to three inches of snow.
For those of us in the Lansing area that are waiting for some snow, well, it looks like we're still going to have to wait awhile for some real snow. The National Weather Service says that we could see some snow showers this afternoon but they say that we'll probably get less than a half inch of snow during the daytime hours today. Their forecast also that we'll see more snow showers overnight. However, again, the NWS says that we'll see less than half an inch of snow overnight. Click here to see more.
