Parts Of Edgewood Boulevard Closed In South Lansing Today

If you had any plans that involved traveling on Edgewood Boulevard in South Lansing, you might want to wait a couple of days because the City of Lansing Public Service Department has announced that the westbound lanes of Edgewood Boulevard between Cedar Street and Amwood Drive will be closed today, Monday, July 15th. The road closure is a short one and is only expected to last until 7 am on Tuesday, July 16th. The City of Lansing Public Service Department says that the "road closure is due to water main installation to the ongoing construction project".

Please note that you'll still be able to access the businesses along Edgewood Boulevard. Motorists should take the suggested detour for westbound Edgewood Boulevard by going south on Cedar Street to American Road, then go west on American Road to return to Edgewood Boulevard. Click here to find out more.
