Good Barbeque is always a treat for most of us. Having lived in many cities the search was always on for me to find the best.  Have to admit I have had some of the best barbeque when I was in Memphis, Tennesse. Have been there 4 or 5 days and it was pretty amazing. Really not the case anymore, many cities have some great restaurants to indulge in, whether you like your barbeque smoked which can take a bit longer, but is worth the wait, or grilled to perfection.

Where 2 New barbeque Places Opening Soon

Here is some news for barbeque lovers in the Lansing area according to newsbreak.com. Crossroads Barbecue is opening two new restaurants, one is gonna be in Grand Ledge, and the other delicious location will be Lansing Township.

Owner Ann Duchene said she was approached by the former owner 'maybe three-ish years ago" about buying it. She had no idea how to run a restaurant, but she didn't want to see Crossroads go away. Now she's expanding. I had been looking at different ways I could personally get involved and invest in Grand Ledge and the west side of Lansing. And this came as an opportunity that just suited kind of that," she said.

If you want to enjoy Crossroads now you can stop by their current location at the food court of Lansing Mall, in a few weeks you will find one on Clinton Street in Grand Ledge and another one soon off Waverly Road in Lansing Township.

How About Those Side Dishes
