We usually don't spend time with our local law enforcement until it's too late. We call them for an emergency, when we're in trouble, or when a crime has been committed. And sadly, the media and some bad apples have the public perception of our brothers and sisters in blue painted as the opposition. Dividing us.

National Night Out is here to change that.

NNO is about communities coming together to meet and engage with law enforcement and first responders before one of the aforementioned events happened. Get to know them BEFORE you need them.

You're invited to our local National Night Out event. It happens August 6th from 5 - 7 PM at Veterans Memorial Gardens in Holt.

National Night Out culminates annually on the first Tuesday in August.

National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. (NATW)

So please join us as WE ALL COME TOGETHER for National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6th. Bring the kids, let's have some fun, and let's take some real time to get to know each other.
