More Stores Closing In Michigan

According to WWMT-TV, a company that opened in Grand Rapids in 1946 has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and is closing all 68 of its stores. MC Sports announced store closures yesterday and this does include the location on Saginaw Highway in Lansing, the location in Jackson and ALL 22 stores located throughout Michigan.

MC Sports opened in Grand Rapids in 1946. The company does say that it plans to honor all gift cards and will continue to accept returns and exchanges. Read more here.
