More Mastodon Bones Found In Michigan

Got mastodon bones? Well, you're not alone. According to the Lansing State Journal, about 330 confirmed mastodon bone discoveries have been made in Michigan. The most recent discovery was in Bellevue Township where two neighbors spent four days in November digging up bones. The men plan to keep a few of the bones found in Witzke's backyard and give the rest to the University of Michigan Museum of Paleontology later this month.
