Seems like everywhere you turn, or make that can't turn in the Lansing area, is due to road construction causing slow downs and closings.

However, if people (and okay, me too) are going to complain about the roads in our great state, we have to allow for them to be fixed. That of course means slow downs and closings because those roads can't repair themselves. So here's more road closings coming for those repairs.

According to the Lansing State Journal, 127 south needs some concrete patching so the area on the expressway between Grand River and 496 will be closed this Friday through Sunday so the road crews can get the job done.

A portion of the east side of West Saginaw Street will also be closed.

Get more info about the closures from the Lansing State Journal article here.
