Michigan Town Ranked As One Of The Worst Places To Raise A Family
A Michigan town was ranked again as one of the worst places to raise a family. The 2018 list of the Best & Worst Places To Raise A Family was published earlier this week by WalletHub.com and at the bottom of the list--as in worst places--was Detroit. However, Detroit wasn't the absolute worst. That ranking went to Newark, New Jersey who came in dead last at #182. By the way, Grand Rapids made the list, too. They were ranked right in the middle at #99.
Where's the best place to raise a family you ask? Well, according to WalletHub, that honor goes to the town of Overland Park, Kansas. The list was based on information like crime rates, cost of housing, quality of schools and more. You can see the complete list by clicking here.
