Michigan State To Wear Different Colors On Saturday

If you're headed to Spartan Stadium on Saturday to see MSU play the Western Michigan Broncos, you'll be seeing a new look...sort of. The Spartans will be wearing white helmets, white jerseys and white pants for their home game instead of the usual green ensemble. According to Mlive, the Spartans haven't worn white helmets at a home game since 1954.

I tried calling the WMU football department to see what colors the Broncos will be wearing for the game but haven't heard back yet. They normally (like most teams) wear white for their away games. So, it could get a little confusing at the game if both teams wear white.

Kick-off is set for 3:30pm.
