Michigan man turns bananas into tasty art

After a discussion about an event at a musical called Bananaman - The Musical, currently on stage in London, our friend Nick (who really does know a lot about bugs) sent a photo of how he serves bananas, if you go to his house. He contends these bananas are made to look like dolphins. I was under the impression they looked like bats. Stephanie's take was that they're bird-like. I'm putting the photo on our website to let YOU the WITL listener, decide.

I will say, with a name like Banana Don, I've seen a lot of "banana-related stuff" in the past - but nothing like this:
